March 31, 2018 - Rubis très clair. Très légèrement trouble.
Nez de caramel brulé.
Superbe Beaune dont l'extraction est à l'opposée de la concentration.
La bouche est gracieuse et éthérée, d'une douceur suave et soyeuse.
L'acidité est très nettement sous la moyenne, ce qui suggère de ne le pas faire trop vieillir.
Il est élégant maintenant ! Tout à fait chic !
