July 18, 2016 - Une des bouteilles les moins chères de M. Hardie. C'est bien bon. Très vif, très mordant. On devine déjà l'acidité et la minéralité au nez. On a des agrûmes et de la poudre de pierre dans les narines. En bouche, ça reste constant mais en évoluant sur la pomme verte plutôt que sur les agrûmes. Une belle trame de fond de caillou est toujours là. Vin d'été. Servir frais. J'aime.
