  May 25, 2020 - Abundance of ripe fruit (red and black) with some earthiness and slight warm spices. Stayed consistent over the 2 hours it was open. Soft tannins, nice acid. Was a nice compliment to lamb chops and on its own.

  November 17, 2017 - Still very nice. Opened (but did not decant) for 30 minutes before drinking. Blackberry and other dark fruit with good acidity and body that held up to our spicy red meat sauce & pasta dinner.

  March 9, 2017 - Tasted with red sauce. Perfect pairing. Better than the carbono we had first.

  February 9, 2017 - Agree with earlier note that this wine is still young. We decanted for 90 minutes, and it started providing hints of its potential. Strong, but not overwhelming, acidity to accompany dark fruit and a delicate layer of vanilla. Will likely wait a year before opening next bottle.
