December 16, 2023 - Drunk over dinner with friends next to two other GGs of the same vintage and producer. Opened a few hours before dinner. No TN, from memory.
This is on the lighter and more elegant side than the Hermannshoehle, nice fruit
and balance, but less energy and less power. Very enjoyable on its own, but it suffered a bit in the comparison with the other two.

November 26, 2023 - Some passion fruit, the richness is combined with saline notes. Very well balanced. Together with the Hermannshöhle my preferred GG of Dönnhpff.

September 25, 2023 - That big baby fat has tightened up, really acid driven and focused, pretty and floral.

May 14, 2023 - This is in a great spot right now and open for business , white florals, stony mineral, yellow fruit, white peach on the nose, similar pale with a fresh and generous mouthfeel, medium plus acidity and a long finish

December 31, 2022 - Drinking beautifully now. Rich, complex and mature riesling fruit on the nose. Layers of green apples, mango and lemon in the mouth. Refreshing acidity and a long compelling finish.
