  October 16, 2022 - Dominated by a flavour of thyme which overpowers the fruit. As a result it tastes quite medicinal.

  August 22, 2020 - Pronounced nose of herbs, cherries and dark fruit.
  Medium body of dark fruits, pepper, herbs and savoury tones. Balanced with pleasant mouth feel. Good length. Drinking well and will continue to mature for three to five years.

  August 1, 2020 - Burgundian colour, slightly cloudy. Nose shows thyme, blackcurrants and lime. Rich, earthy, violets, aniseed. Quite spicy, smooth, silky, nicely mature.

  April 20, 2018 - Great wine, absolutely worth the money. Strange smell, like cleaning agents or a paint job, but very good taste. Berries and cherries, bit of sweet cinnamon behind, some fruits, it is a changing over the time and makes enjoying this bottle with friends a joy. Shorter in finish then the pure syrah, therefore much more complexity. Won our last blind tasting with highest ranking .... Compared to a mix of really good Australian, South African and Italian reds.
