November 13, 2022 - Bottle in perfect condition, drinking amazingly. Nose of leather, violets, lilacs, cedar, pine sap, and some barn funk too.
Plum and currant fruit, good acidity, integrated yet lively tannin and an expansive finish. Incredible, I had no expectations but this was great for the meager price. -

February 1, 2020 - 15 years in the cellar and as often such a great reward with quality SA bdx blends. Soft, dense fully mature fruit with lift and reasonable length. A bit pungent alcohol but not a problem. Not supercomplex but highly satisfying and enjoyable and could probably last another 5 years easily.
