  April 13, 2017 - - Ruby color with slow forming legs and aromas of raspberry and tea. It's in total harmony and has flavours of black pepper, cherry and raspberry with a light/medium body. Polished texture with a long finish - Decanted 1 hour. She needs to sleep much longer. Still very young, fruit is strong and vibrant, clean. Served with seared duck breasts with port cherry sauce.
  
  Dried cherry nose. Spice box finish on the tongue. Long tannins, this wine can age.

  February 15, 2017 - - Ruby color with fast forming legs and aromas of strawberry, cedar and vanilla. It's balanced and has flavours of cherry and medicinal with a light/medium body. Round texture with a long finish - Decanted one hour. Young, bright wine, needs time.
