February 19, 2017 - Light yellow with green hues. Soft nose of stone fruit, citrus and minerality. Nice viscosity, medium body with medium + acidity, still very primary and perhaps unripe; more citrus than stone fruit starting dry but balanced towards the end by some sweetness that hints some residuals. Bargain indeed.

January 21, 2017 - A bargain with high acidity and medium body in a very dry style. Citrus, some stone fruit, salty minerality and floral notes, nice intensity and mouthfeel.
