October 8, 2016 - Been a while since we've had this bottle. Picked up recently on sale and forgot how nice it can be. Floral, stone fruits, nice minerality, saline backbone, with just the right amount of acids. Paired with a semi-spicy salmon dinner and held up very well.

July 18, 2016 - Very light yellow color with green reflections. Aromas of white flowers, yeast, white pepper, and white and yellow stone fruits. Medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of lemon, lime, minerals, yellow apple, and pear. Labeled "dry," but I do find this a touch off-dry. Nice complexity; interesting wine. Worked well with curried red lentils and jasmin rice, but this would be a really nice aperitif as well. 90+
