June 5, 2011 - Unfortunately, this bottle which was given to us by a friend did not last longer than our friendship! Not his fault - I moved it twice and should have had it re-corked. When I opened the bottle, the cork was saturated and the wine cloudy. It wouldn't make an average vinegar.
I have 2 bottles of '77 so wish me luck! -

May 21, 2011 - colore vivissimo, inizialmente ferroso, poi esce il frutto, bocca incredibilmente acida e lunga. Il naso vira poi sul tamarindo inchiodandosi un po'.
