June 24, 2022 - $13. Pretty red/black fruits, boysenberry, candied dark cherry, caramel. Too jammy. While this is no one's Burgundy, there is no denying it has its tasty charms and is a bit of a guilty pleasure on a warm Friday night with sushi. For the price, a no brainer but probably similar to many easily available domestic pinots. Not a wine that would improve with time.

February 2, 2022 - Pop and pour yesterday. On the counter, unrefrigerated, overnight. Nose similar to last time, but perhaps a bit more va...glossy cranberry and herbs. On the palate: excellent acidity, slightly thin on the palate with cranberry and strawberry leaf. Soft, finely grained tannin on the hi-toned and slightly medicinal finish. Good.
