Community Tasting Notes 1

September 11, 2016 - Tasted blind. Pale yellow in color, with some greenish hues. The nose is clean, with grapefruit, lime, fresh cut grass and cat pee. No noticeable oak. The palate is dry, with high acidity and medium alcohol. I guessed New Zealand SB because this did not have the slaty minerality that I normally associate with Sancerre. Tasty and drinking well now. I don't think there's any reason to age.
