September 18, 2011 - Lovely fruit on nose and palate ( red cherry and strawberry) with hints of spice. Never ending finish.

November 15, 2010 - Notes written on the second day.

Quite an earthy nose on day 2, with some subtle spices and well balanced red fruits. There is also a darker element, kind of chocolatey, so I'm wondering if this might keep a little longer than I first suspected.

The tannins are a little more prominent now, but the acid is keeping everything in check. It's still a quite bright little number, and some age might take some of that away, so it could end up being a lesser wine and could leave me wishing I'd drunk it earlier; I think there is enough interesting stuff going on to warrant laying a few down for at least a couple of years.

August 22, 2010 - Plenty of red fruits on the nose with some darker fruits notes and oak. Not much tannin, but a great acid profile that provides good structure, mouthfeel and complexity. The finish is quite smooth and layered.

July 28, 2010 - Lovely fresh young vibrant Pinot showing lofted raspberry characters. Barrel elements evidident as it was open for longer it display more savory elements bloody lovely

June 19, 2010 - Central Otago Pinot Noir Expo (Prince Wine Store - Bank Street): A perfumed and oaky Pinot dominated by red fruit. Still quite an acidity, like the previous vintage, but without the tannin grip. Fast and racy, this should settle down soon.
