    January 4, 2021 - Perrot-Minot's β€˜14 Bourgogne rouge, a really nice quaffer!
πŸ‘ Brick red, at the rim almost decoloured.
πŸ‘ƒ Dried cherries, flowers, mint, spices and earth notes with a whiff of fresh mushrooms from the forest floor.
πŸ‘… Good depth of delicate canned red berries, distinct acidity showing a cooling mint bite on the palate.
🎯 Very ready for consuming, probably at it’s zenith now.
    Recommended, still affordable!
