March 31, 2024 - very pale golden straw colour and mildly viscous. delicate nose of rosewater, lychee, elderflower and coriander seed. dry, juicy and sharp in the mouth, a streak of lemony acidity runs from entry to finish. some fresh stonefruit flavours gain in prominence mid palate. as the wine warms, the coriander seed spice takes on a more gingery note and elderflower syrup accents bring in an unexpected twist of sweetness to a grapefruit pith base. moderate persistence.
likely past its prime by a couple of years, it's still an very enjoyable food wine in the right temperature window to display the moderate varietal character it has.

March 7, 2021 - Lovely! See my previous note as it’s almost identical! Paired perfectly with an Asian Fusion dinner.

December 18, 2019 - Very nice! Crisp and very light gold in color. Massive peach on the nose and extremely fruit forward. Riesling elements are present. Great pre or post dinner wine!

December 24, 2018 - Merry Christmas Eve!! Disappointed in this guy :( Almost white in color. Nose of a weak Riesling. Hits the palate like a razor blade. Subtle grassy and lemony hints, but the OH dominants. More like a vodka or strange tequila, than wine. I’ll chalk it up to a bad bottle. Oh well.

December 26, 2017 - Initially poured out of the bottle this is quite awkward and angular, rather disjointed. With some air it improves, but to really appreciate this it needs food. Not just any food, but especially good with spicy Thai food. It is pretty high in acidity and has lots of tropical fruits nuances like lychee and guava as well as some intense mineral and spice notes. Without the food I would probably never have this again, but with a variety of rich and spicy Thai dishes it is lovely as well as pretty good with a seaweed salad and spicy tuna.
