September 16, 2023 - 10 months later, this remains fantastic.

Lovely candied apple and citrus aromas with secondary floral, yeast and vanilla notes. Fresh apple, lemon and tangerine flavors with a long, lingering mineral finish. Complex and well balanced. Extremely tasty. Benchmark BdB.

Will cruise in the cellar. Drink or hold. Disgorged March 2015.

November 24, 2022 - Ripe apple, lemon, and whipped cream aromas. Bright citrus zest and vanilla flavors with a tropical lime and coconut finish. Lightly toasty / yeasty. Very crisp acidity and excellent minerality. A lovely expression of Chardonnay.

Just starting to show some maturity. Drink or hold.
