  April 27, 2020 - See my previous notes; this time however the bouquet was extra special with a combination of lime, a hint of mint and of star fruit if I have to indicate its mysterious but oh, so, elegant bouquet. As the previous bottles very refined and balanced; a sheer delight. By the way we're talking about a bourgogne aligoté.

  April 9, 2020 - A perfect aligoté, an elegant backbone with ripe citrus and medium acidity, a hint a new wood, peach, a refined (yes, aligoté) taste and backbone with a soft bitterness.
