January 12, 2017 - Noticeably high acid in this wine made it seem fairly light on flavour. Must have been real chilly down there. There are some nice berry fruits and a bit of spice but it's not easy going if you're not consuming with food. The acid might lighten out a bit with time but the tannins seem light so it probably won't age terribly long. Not great value at $25 in Canada.
