April 12, 2024 - Deep bouquet, nutty and milky notes but retained yellow fruits. Very astringent with acidic bite and gentle mousse. Fresh and preserved fruits with sherry-oxidation, rye and yeast and almonds and a metallic finish which is lengthy.

April 22, 2023 - Not that far from previous TN but maybe a bit more developed. I don't think, it will get much better but it drinks nicely at this time with notes of brioche, red apple, mushrooms, almonds, and some oxidative sherry at the end. Also, the oak shows in an almost Burgundian way which reminded me of the champagnes of Ulysse Colin.
