January 22, 2017 - Marché aux Vins d'Ampuis 2017; 1/20/2017-1/22/2017 (Ampuis): Couleur : robe pourpre sombre – légèrement plus sombre que la cuvée Greffieux/Bessards 2015 dégustée en parallèle.
Nez riche, chaleureux, plus expressif que la cuvée G/B 2015. Sur des mûres et des prunes compotées.
Bouche : Attaque avec plus de densité que G/B 2015, du jus. La bouche est sapide, riche matière, plus de structure que la cuvée G/B là encore, tout déployant une grande finesse des tanins. L’expression aromatique se développe autour de fruits noirs et du poivre.
Finale persistante et juteuse (cassis, mûres).
Selon mon resenti, un net upside par rapport aux G/B grâce à l’apport du Meal pour une différence de prix mineure (6€ de différence en direct propriété).
