December 13, 2023 - Double D for one hour and place in the fridge for about 10 min. The pairing wasn’t the best, sous vide Salmon with linguini and broccoli.
The wine is bold, dark, strong character, fair finish. Entering drinking period and should be at peak in about 2-5 years…

November 29, 2022 - A fantastic wine. Opened with a nose of black cherry, dark plum and a touch of leather. This beautifully balanced wine with soft tannins and rich ripe dark fruit, black cherry, plum and blackberry was sooo good. A real mouthful of delicious fruit. Finish was long and ended with a nice chocolate flavor! An amazing wine - glad I have 6 more as it gets better every year!!

April 6, 2022 - Opened about an hour before dinner, initial taste was somewhat tight even after an hour. During the course of the meal, the wine really started to show. The dark fruit, chocolate and gravel were still ripe with flavor. I really enjoyed this wine and it could def last 15+ years with ease.
