January 18, 2023 - Good QPR at the Garagiste $40. Quite red - pomegranate - the first day. Thought some air would improve so left in the bottle overnight. This much improved the wine! Fruit shifted to more purple.

March 15, 2021 - Drinking really nicely here with decanting. Nice acidity a pure fruit that’s shifted more towards boysenberry than black and blue. “Only” 13.9% alcohol - but I’m actually surprised it’s that high. Drinks much cooler. Not overly extracted or marred with heavy cooperage. The fruit is what shows and Fatella’s delivers.
