April 7, 2017 - Light colour. Nose is oyster then faintly apple. Crisp, light body and lightly concentrated.

February 20, 2016 - Light to medium body, pale straw with greenish highlights color. Elegantly aromatic, Apples, peaches, flowers and herbal aroma. Ripe apples and pears, peaches, nuts and mineral on the palate, oily on long finish. Fresh, dry, creamy structure, complex and well balanced, lovely acidity. Food friendly, best match is fish or poultry or fat cheeses. Serve 10º - 14º. Open half hour in advance. Very enjoyable, drink now and next couple years.
