July 24, 2022 - Very restrained initially, aromatically speaking, but you can sense the class oozing out of it. The whole experience felt like it was on handbrake and was waiting for it to explode in superlatives. So balanced and the acidity is well integrated. Perhaps drinking outside in 35 degree celsius heat didn’t help but at least both bottles weren’t premoxed!
