June 23, 2023 - PNP. Perfect aged Napa from Howell mountain. Deep red fruit, some cassis and cocoa. Velvet tannins, nice balance. Outclassed the 01 Pontet, which, while very good, came across a bit more faded, with less energy.

June 30, 2021 - Found this in my mother in law’s cellar. If tasted blind, I could have guessed it was Howell Mountain, but I never would have thought it was pushing 20 years old. Dark, smooth blue mountain fruit, crushed stone. Tannins have faded
