December 31, 2020 - Found this stray bottle tucked away in cellar. Wasn't sure what to expect from a 15 year old white Burgundy. What a great find! immediately upon opening it provided a perfectly tuned blend of honey and butter that lasted long on the palate. Possibly the most perfect expression of the Chardonnay grape I've ever experienced. Wish I had few more bottles!

August 31, 2019 - Deep golden color, discreet nose, flowery, honeysuckle, vanilla, baked apples.
It’s buttery, medium body, well balanced acidity, spicy, vanilla, baked apples, pears, honey with Some minerality and earthiness.
    Nice long spicy finish.
Nice aged PM, lacking a little bit of complexity.

March 19, 2016 - Substantial powerful fruited. Deep seated flavours of baked lemons, ripe grapefruits, yuzu and vanilla waffles quickly rounded off by a sparkling crystalline finish.

March 8, 2016 - Floral, honeysuckle and pear. Quite special and ready to drink now.

November 10, 2015 - Medium body. Pear and a touch of butterscotch on the nose. Pear, lemon, butterscotch flavors and a crisp minerality. The fruit may be too in the background against the still strong acidity. Not sure it has more time.
