June 7, 2016 - Bodegas Juan Gil; 6/6/2016-6/10/2016 (Spain): a little cream to the nose. Show this in a line up of Chard. Almond, much more subtle nose with Cherrios/grain notes, oak makes this a rounder expression, and the spiced texture is tamped down. Candied white fruit palate. 8m in oak, some new some 2nd fill.
