September 30, 2017 - Very balanced fruit to acidity. High acid derived from the definitive grapefruit flavor verging and pink grapefruit. Has hints of lime and finishes with green apple skins. Very lovely spring to summer wine with salad or fish

September 1, 2017 - In Canada at the Opinicon Lodge, passion fruit aromas, lacking grapefruit. The perception of the acid is not too staggeringly dramatic, but still medium plus acid. Passion fruit and some pear to the palate.
