September 6, 2021 - A nice sparkling wine from Burgundy.
Showing limes, grapefruits, yeast, earth, minerals and bread.
Light to medium in body with medium plus acidity and large bubbles.
Nice and engaging. Good by itself or with food.
An interesting blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Aligote and Gamay. Aged on the lees for 12 months.
12% alcohol by volume.

November 29, 2019 - A little disappointed for the price point as I thought it was a bit unstructured and lacking any balance. Didn't hold its merit after 20 minutes either. Some Pear and apple but nothing remarkable.

July 18, 2012 - Pale yellow with a slight pink tone and with fine small bubbles. The nose is discrete and with a slightly 'washed out' impression of red berries, hazelnuts. The palate has a nice length of citrus tones. Somewhat intensive in the start and with an abrupt finish. Still a very good and fine Cremant.

February 13, 2011 - Nice strawberry fizz mousse. Low acidity, but with a decent back end bite to hold your attention. Has a gamay bubble gum character that comes out after a bit.
