August 2, 2021 - Tropical fruit, mid to long finish. Medium acidity. Still going strong at 7 years of age. Preferred this over the Sanctuary bottling. Last bottle.

July 20, 2019 - Aromas of hazelnut, papaya, banana and toasted marshmallow. Flavors of papaya, mango, pineapple, roasted nut and touch of vanilla. Ends with a 25+ second finish with nut and tropical fruit notes. Although these wines don't hit the heights of the top California Chardonnay's like Aubert and Marcassin, they always deliver a similar pleasurable drinking experience for a fraction of the price.
