February 20, 2024 - Enjoyable GSM from K Vintner. Cherry, raspberry, smoke, white pepper and garrigue. Savory with smooth, sweet tannins and solid streak of minerality. Slightly acidic on the finish. My guess is that it will not get much better but can hang on a few more years before the fruit falls apart.

January 1, 2022 - Drinking very well right now. Complete on the palate and very fine. Subtle flavors throughout

December 5, 2021 - A significant improvement and much more drinkable than the first bottle we opened upon release. Bottle age has been kind to this bottle (and I sense it could improve with further age as well). The nose immediately leaped from the glass to showcase bright red, and sweet raspberry fruit and a touch of cedar. A bit tight in the mouth so we decanted. It became more complex and gained depth and concentration and expressiveness at the 2-3 hour mark, adding smoky aromas of charcoal, game, spice and kirsch - very CdP-like, with a rich, velvety texture, full-bodied package of red fruit, spice, and chocolate, followed by great, long finish. 94+

November 22, 2019 - Very nice fruity, just a hint of earth and tobacco

August 19, 2019 - I really wanted to give this another point after 2 years, but not sure it’s quite there yet. Still believe it’s a slight improvement over my 91-92 rating back in 2017 as the jammy-ness is gone and there’s more balance. Beautiful soft nose of raspberry and spices. Medium body, with more red berries. Integrated tannins and balanced acidity. Really enjoyable and can probably go another 2-4 years. Solid 92/92+
