    November 12, 2017 - Super.

September 8, 2017 - One of those wines we greatly appreciated straight out of the bottle. But we also learned that, if you'll pop and take a sip, then vacuum seal and put back in the fridge, the second day experience is more evolved with layers of mineral and white rock.

Different than any white Burgundy we've experienced. Almost a NorCal vibe, but with more finesse. The best of both worlds perhaps?

    Immaculate with rosemary chicken.

October 30, 2016 - Based on how fast I sucked it down it must have been remarkably good Bourgogne Blanc.
