Community Tasting Notes 1

October 29, 2017 - Intoxicating nose of tropical fruits. On the palate, the same aggressive tropical flavors, with one in particular that I can't quite place... passionfruit maybe? Definitely some pineapple. This lays over a background of peach, pear and nectarines. grapefruit rind in the finish, along with tongue searing acidity. After you swallow, it feels like you just bit into a pineapple. Day two and three bring a slightly mellowed acidity and some creamy notes. I'm actually thinking day three is its peak.
