  February 5, 2022 - Expressive tanins, a lot of aromas of red and black fruits, voluptuous, perfect blend of cabernet and merlot.

  October 9, 2021 - Maybe not fully representative of what I think of as Chevalier, but an impressive wine, nonetheless. Medium-full body with velvet texture, soy notes in nose and mouth along with dark fruits. This wine drinks well now, but still has tannin and balance to go on for several years. Cellared since original release.

  May 11, 2021 - Second label (Domaine de Chevalier) Graves Red Blend. (65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Petite Verdot). Deep purple color. Dark berry aromas and flavors. Hints cedar, black licorice, minerals and baking spices. Round and silky. Long finish. Well structured. Great value.
