Community Tasting Notes 3

April 26, 2019 - Lots of rich fruit and structure. Smelling really pronounced right now.

April 15, 2019 - Pop and pour with cheese and sopressata. Spice and earthy notes in the nose, medium body, excellent balance and finish. Elegant.

December 27, 2017 - Popped and poured on a frigid Wednesday night. Toasted earth, with some silky sweet fruit emerging in the background. Palate is medium weight and has nice red cherry and strawberry. Very nice finish. Some more floral notes came out when paired with the food. Worked through a bottle over the course of about 3 hours; towards the end it seemed to lose a bit of the freshness and lift it had in the first glass or two. I still quite enjoyed it.
