Community Tasting Notes 1

December 24, 2015 - Dark, lucid dark ruby with red tinged edges. Classic and expressive nose, muted and mixed red and black fruit, saddle leather and olives. Elegant palate, great balance and lift, bright red fruit, roasted beef / gamey elements and a cherry cola finish that is subtle but provides some additional lift. This may continue to improve, but in a really good spot right now. 12.5 % ABV
