August 9, 2019 - Has a light, floral nose with a touch of lime, and the lime becomes a bit more pronounced on the tongue along with honey and green apple. The acidity was quite pronounced accompanying sweet-glazed pork but was much more balanced when paired with a more spicy dish. Nothing exceptional but it was pleasant
