June 14, 2020 - Opened an hour before dinner. Brown dark cherry color. Light alcohol nose at start. Quickly evaporated. Wonderfu typical swan Pinot. Quick where is our last bottle- because we poured out before dinner finished. Served w grilled lamb rack great pairing

December 12, 2016 - Very intense fruit aromas with raspberries, strawberries and cherries, combined with a cool and fresh acidity and some minerals. There is a herbal and minty element to this wine. Almost no tannic structure. The wine has a unique coolness and a pure intense fruit.
