December 31, 2019 - Blind tasting for my guests. nice nose of flint, lemon juice, yeast and lightly roasted. Mouth quite straight, lightly spiced, salty and mineral. Not so colored and mostly flavors of agrumes mostly. The best expression of grenache blanc isn't it ? Drink now.
