March 7, 2022 - Pop and pour. Nose predominantly of playful red fruits ... strawberry, light plum, but also a bit of fig, a hint of pepper, and a bit of leathery earth. Palate speaks to riper strawberries, deep marmalade jelly, zippy mushrooms, and a hint of grapefruit pith towards the end. Lengthy finish that continues with a slight citrus note, but also returning to more playful red fruit and some longer lasting earthy overtones... finish continues to evolve for at least a minute. Overall spectacular and way better than anticipated. Would open now or in the next 5-7 years.

March 13, 2017 - This a very typical N Rhone syrah with cool blue fruit, funk and pepper spiciness. Medium bodied with good structure, but quite open right now. Very good value at under $25.
