Bien aimé, leur meilleur effort je trouve, les autres cuvées bues
avant celle-ci étaient ordinaires m’avaient laissées sur ma faim.
Beau nez qui embaume la pomme, la craie et une pointe de tête d’allumette.
En bouche, la pomme Granny Smith surtout avec un peu d’amande et
De silex. Belle acidité, c’est frais et assez
Long en finale.

August 4, 2018 - Interesting nose which needed some time to blow of the funk.
Bouquet of citrus, herbs and bergamot. Medium body and nicely changing over the course of an evening. I guess it should be enjoyed over the next 5 years. -

February 22, 2018 - Burg Dinner with Friends (Playground - Santa Ana CA): Lots of ripe apple, some peach with some peach cobble sweetness. Moderate weight and length. Good balance. Best now.
