    July 21, 2019 - Wine was very lean. Acidic and unintegrated tannins lacking in fruit. Took about 4 hours but wasn't bad with a lot of air exposure when some fruit surfaced. Still lean but then tasted like cherry cough drops. Quite drinkable after 4 hours. I did enjoy it then.
