  April 14, 2024 - From a magnum. So much very alive at first, later developed a more matured approach. This was as good as these chiantis get, pure joy, medium weighted and with less intensity, but it is normal at this price range. I looked at my 75cl bottles ratings and was more excited there, might leave the other magnum for a little while then.

  July 9, 2023 - Straight down the fairway… sour cherry, touch of tobacco, and what you would expect from a value Sangiovese from Chianti. That said, this wine punches above its weight class.

  January 5, 2023 - Pure and focused now, such a gorgeous fruit with a touch of tobacco. Silky and savoury, probably one of the best vintages of this label. +1 for value.

  Starting to throw a fine sediment. Very silky. Still has fruit with nice notes of porcini tobacco and a hint of balsamic. At its peak.
