  December 31, 2018 - Yikes! I waited to long on this. Very tired now. Fortunately, I only have 1 bottle of 8 left ad was able to enjoy the others in their youth.

  April 8, 2018 - Beau vin, intense. L'élevage est encore perceptible, surtout à l'attaque et en milieu de bouche, cela donne du gras au vin. Mais ce qui frappe, c'est la structure acide, une belle colonne vertébrale qui allonge le jus jusqu'au bout. Avec l'air, les arômes se complexifient. Je pense qu'il aurait été encore meilleur dans 2/3 ans. Une très belle découverte. NB : je comprends que certains le placent plus en côte d'or qu'à Chablis, il y a un côté fruits jaunes et une richesse qui peuvent tromper.

  October 18, 2015 - Last nights bottle showed more like the one in July where the oak seemed to dominate. This bottle followed a light and tart Hudelot Borgogne Rouge so maybe that affected my impression. There have been times where I really enjoy this wine and other times where it seems too oaky.

  August 15, 2015 - Much better than the bottle we had a month ago. Starting to show just a little age but there is still some tart, almost sour, citrus offset with lots of saline. I liked it more than Ann.
