November 10, 2023 - Pale gold, nose of biscuit, dough, lemon, green apple, red apple, nuts & smoke. Medium body with light mousse. Strong acidity. To taste dough, yoghurt, lemon, lime, peach, pear, apple, raspberry, redcurrant, nuts, honey & toast. Long finish. Outstanding. Fresh but real depth and range of flavours with plenty of complexity.

June 3, 2023 - Lemon colour, moving to some gold. Nose of red apple, pear, peach, nuts, caramel & yeast. Nice mouthfeel and body, decent acidity. To taste more red apple, ripe pear, peach, apricot, caramel, nuts, bread & wet leaves. Touch pithy (in a good way) on the long finish. Very good and will keep well.

April 9, 2022 - Nice gold colour with red apple, brioche, dough, pastry, yeast & nuts on nose. Slightly oxidative. Super mouthfeel and fine bubbles and nice balance with acidity. More apple, lime, nuts & pastry on palate. Quite savoury. Long finish. Well balanced and excellent flavour intensity. Some positive complexity development since last bottle.

September 4, 2021 - Lovely gold colour with fine persistent bubbles. Brioche, red berries, red apples & citrus nose. Super balance with integrated body, acidity and mouthfeel. Similar palate of red apple, red currant, brioche & lemon. Good length. Really very nice indeed.
