August 14, 2019 - Best of my 3 half bottles as the acididity, fruit, and oak found a nice balance. Definitely getting some classic flavors of clove and stewed red fruits. Good value.

July 26, 2019 - Upon first opening, this was dreamy, with a woodsy, spicy nose and an earthy palate with graceful, bright cherry fruit atop. With time and air it leans a bit toward the heavy side, with the fruit verging on cloying and masking the earth. Great acidity though, and a nice forest floor finish.
