October 22, 2021 - The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. The body is medium/full. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

December 29, 2016 - Très joli exemple de macabeo équilibré, ayant une trame très droite malgré tout ce que l'on croit savoir du cépage. Parfait sur un foie en gras de canard en terrine. Belle sapidité, difficile de placer le nom du cépage à l'aveugle.
