August 9, 2008 - Saturday Club at Larry's -- August 9, 2008 (Larry's): A bit reduced. Some candied orange peel, red cherry fruit, black walnut, and dark chocolate on the nose. Tart cherry fruit -- very pure on the palate but with some coarse, grippy tannins. Not as concentrated as I would like, but really nice. Similar in style to last week's 2000 Casa di Neri -- but, with less depth. Nice stuff.
