Served at 55F
Delicious ripe red fruit, moderate acidity, attractive tannins. Consistent with my impression of two years ago -

December 25, 2020 - Decanted 2.5 hours served at 60f in new world pinot stems
Bright light garnet in glass, cherry and spice aromas. Moderate tannins, long and smooth dark cherry and raspberry, restrained alcohol. -

November 18, 2020 - PnP and enjoyed over two nights.
Medium ruby fanning out to a medium garnet rim. Sweetish nose, cherry, spice, with traces of vanilla. Medium in body, very juicy, rasberry and strawberry. Lightly burnt baked cherries.
This was a bit one dimensional on the pop n pour; much better on nght 2. My conclusion is somewhat closed / needs some time.
