May 12, 2022 - A proper crowd pleaser but really this is big , voluptuous and a full on flamboyant wine for a white burg. Almost too obvious at this stage with richness and oak but hey it works. Good 90

November 30, 2021 - Very pleased that I had opened this bottle, not because it was a wow wine, but because it was already ageing ahead of its time. Another year, and there was a strong chance that it was going to go down the path of all the other premox bottles.
As a wine, it was quite a robust wine. Quite oak driven, the nose had apricots, citrus and struck match although these were masked by the oak initially. The body was not all that supple and somewhat lifeless, where the acidity did not shine that much.
Drink now or 4+ years (if you have a good bottle!) -
